潘悦,陕西宝鸡人。必赢bwin网页版副教授,博/硕士生导师2023年1月毕业于京科技大学新材料技术研究院,获工学博士学位。主要从事金属材料腐蚀与防护方面的应用基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目及海南省自然科学基金青年项目各一项。在《Corrosion Science》等期刊发表发表高水平论文十余篇。
